All complimentary exchanges & returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date. Returning items must be in new, unworn condition and in their original packaging.  Any items that are not within this criteria will be rejected.  All orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  This accounts for our warehouse team inspecting each product for damage and receiving the items back into inventory.   

Chivelry is not responsible for return shipping.  

Refund

Please allow up to 7 business days from the return delivery date for your return to be processed.

A refund will be issued within this time frame to your original payment method.  The exact timing that the funds will be available will be determined by your bank; usually within 3-5 business days.
